Order and Shipping Information

Thanks you for being a customer of The Hope Chest. Below you will find information about our payments, shipping, and our return policy.

Payments:

We use PayPal to accept payments via our online store. You can pay for your order using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover, and you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to do so.

Shipping:
All orders are sent via US Standard Mail. Your order should arrive in approximately 5-10 days.

For International Orders; please contact me for the additional shipping cost.

Returns Policy:
We are sorry but there are no returns/refunds allowed for patterns or Technique Sheets. Replacement of products damaged during shipping will be given if a photo of the damage with a claim is given within 14 days of receipt.
